The Fraternal Order of Police has become the most influential voice among law enforcement professionals, representing its members from coast to coast with more than 2,200 local lodges nationwide. The California Fraternal Order of Police oversees 32 local lodges with nearly 20,000 members. We are the voice of those who dedicate their lives to protecting and serving our communities. All FOP members and their families are eligible to apply for our programs and are available to all California FOP members at no cost to your lodge.
In times of crisis, the NFOP wants to ensure that each officer has a competent place to turn for help. The Officer Wellness Committee thoroughly vetted available resources, and has deemed these hotlines vetted and approved for our members.

Summary of Professional Experience
A native of Palo Alto, California, I was a dedicated three-sport athlete and a high school all-league selection. I continued my commitment to sports at Menlo College, where I earned All-American honors as a baseball player. My passion for innovation also led me to create 'Squared Up Baseball', a unique training bat.
I have an extensive 32-year career in law enforcement, serving seven years with the Atherton Police Department and 25 years with the San Jose Police Department. Throughout my career, I gained invaluable experience in patrol and training and spent 28 years as a collateral assignment Hostage Negotiator. My desire to assist others experiencing mental illness, stress, and trauma led me to earn both a Master's degree and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology while still an officer. During the final seven years of my career, I applied my expertise in the Crisis Management Unit (CMU) at the San Jose Police Department. I hold Diplomate status in Trauma and Stress.
I am the co-founder and Chief Safety Officer (CSO) of GUNSENS.com, a company developing life-saving, preventative firearms detection technology. The technology utilizes AI and neural networks to locate firearms precisely.

Annie Baker, a full-time Realtor since 2003, discovered her true passion in 2010 when she began working with a unique niche in real estate. Her journey began with her first 'Senior' client, the delightful 81-year-old Lillian. Lillian's need to downsize from a 4,000sq ft custom house to a 500sq ft apartment in an independent living community was not just a transaction for Annie. It was an emotional journey, filled with numerous aspects that she was determined to help Lillian with, drawing on her extensive experience in the field.
When was the last time anyone walked you through your financial game plan? Or even your retirement plan? Wouldn’t it be nice to have the confidence knowing that your planning today will be enough when that glorious day arrives?
At WestPac Wealth Partners, we provide all first responders with a complimentary review of their financial situation to ensure they’re on the right track. This review could open up new, more effective strategies for your retirement. And, if needed, we can help by guiding them to often simple, additional strategies to place them in a stronger position to enjoy retirement. If, after the audio presentation, you feel led to explore, it would be our pleasure to help with a review.
